I just received a phone call from this number, answered it, and it was a recording saying it is a very important matter and tellling me to hold for the next available representative. So I waited a bit and then hung up. What kind of business calls you and then wants you to hold for them?

I was left the same voicemail message as below! Beginning was cut off, but a recorded voice said ...lower your rates, or press 9 to be removed. - No other info
